Building a strong sense of wellbeing amongst individuals and families can be challenging, making it important to find resources to help facilitate such growth. We with Mind Resilience would like to share a new app launched by the On Being Project, which you can find using the link below.
The Wisdom app offers courses and conversations from noteworthy individuals, which focus on virtues such as spirituality, science, and social healing, as well as how to practice such virtues in our daily lives.
