Session Title: A Resilience Booster: Building Our Strengths to Manage Stress

Participants will:
- Define resilience and its application to day to day life.
- Engage in an interactive discussion regarding their importance of boosting resilience skills and identifying strengths to increase well-being
- Be encouraged to create a personal toolkit to assist with managing day to day stress
